I just wanted to say that I have tried many shell controls in my time programming and I have never used one which is as feature rich, easy to implement and as stable as yours. You have done a GREAT job on your Jam-Shell controls and im proud to say that as of today im a happy registered user of your component. Your components are excellent and your standard of programming is brilliant, I hope to see many more great components from JAM Software in the future!

Why I think it is one of the best component suites to make Explorer like applications? My application and the Windows Explorer look identical - with all native language support from Windows - in file view and drive view. The Explorer context menu is used on right click and I can add custom items to it in my application. Good support for drag&drop, the filter in the JamShellList is very useful, I can disable non file system folders in the JamShellTree, special folders like the Recycle Bin are shown without errors and - small thing - it displays an arrow on shortcuts in comparision to most other components I tried. The pack is native VCL code, which is good as OCX components often make trouble. I have tested more than 10 components before I chose JAM ShellBrowser. I like good work - and I think this component pack is good work.

Your control is the only one I've found to work on XP without crashing.

Your JAMShell controls have enabled us to deliver a very powerful enhancement to one of our products in a very short time. I appreciate it.

By the way, I have done a quite extensive shootout between Shellshock, GXExplorer, Shell control Pack and ShellBrowser.
GXExplorer and Shellshock still have major bugs, and become very unstable after about 3 seconds of usage.
Shell Control pack (Plasmatech) is a bit limited in the feature set. Nice though...Major problem is that their support doesn't bother to get back to you, even if you are a potencial customer. (4 Stars)
ShellBrowser (Jam Software) seems to do everything one can ask for...has all the feature both ShellShock and GXExplorer have. Support is excellent, although not even a registered customer. (5 Stars)

Your components suite is the fastest, most stable and most reliable of the many that I have tested. And so far I also like the implementation very much.

Moving from the other 'guys' shell controls was one of the best choices I've made in a while.
