Any mail

Applies for any mail.

 

Mail contains specified text in source

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the complete source of a mail.

 

Mail contains specified text in header

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the header of a message.

 

Mail contains specified text in subject

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the subject of a mail.

 

Sender address equals or contains specified text

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the sender address of a mail.

 

Recipients equal or contain specified text

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in one of the recipients of a mail.

 

Mail contains specified text in body

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the body of a mail.

 

Mail contains specified text in spam report

This condition applies if the specified text is found or a specified regular expression matches in the spam report.

 

Mail has attachments
With this condition you can check for mail messages having attachments in general or attachments with a specific text in their filename.

 

Mail is spam

Applies if a mail is declared as spam depending on the chosen threshold.

 

Mail is infected by a virus

Applies if the antivirus software detected a virus in one of the attachments of a mail.
