Here you need to enter IP addresses of servers in your local network from which you receive mail messages.

All messages from these IPs are treated as incoming messages.

Usually the Exchange Server Toolbox treats all messages from the local net as outgoing messages.

 

Add the IP addresses of any existing mail gateways, proxy servers and SmartPOP2Exchange inside your network to this list if they receive incoming mail.

 

If you are running such a software (e.g. SmatPOP2Exchange) on the same server like the Exchange Server running the Exchange Server Toolbox you should use the button to add all IP addresses of this server.

Send test mail:                Sends test mail to given mail address. Use this to check if everything is setup correctly.

 

Export settings:                Exports all settings of the Exchange Server Toolbox into a Zip-archive

 

Import settings:                Imports all settings of the Exchange Server Toolbox from a Zip-archive
