Navigation:  Exchange Server Toolbox > Configuration > Spam filter options > Whitelist for words

 

Here you can enter words or phrases which will cause mail messages to be scored more as good mail if they contain these words or phrases.

 

Use the slider to weight the occurrence of these words in mail messages.
