Will the software expire 12 months after the purchase and what means maintenance?

Answer / Solution

You are allowed to use the software as long as you want to.
Our licenses always include at least 12 months maintenance for free. Within the selected maintenance period you will get free updates and support, regardless of the released version at the time of purchase.

You may choose to receive our notifications about new versions of your software to the registered email address(es) in your customer account.

Please note that once your maintenance has expired, you will no longer be able to download the software or view your licence keys in our online shop. We recommend that you make a local backup on time.

If your maintenance period expired, you will be able to purchase a maintenance renewal (12, 24 or 36 months) for a reduced price.
