SmartBackup does not run my backups automatically on windows startup. What can I do?

I am using SmartBackup Version 3.5 (3.5.0.88)Previous versions of SmartBackup in the View Log screen allowed me to see only what files I had backed up.This version lists all files whether copied or not as per the below two samples:It was not necessary to backup file: C:\JFRENCH\WEB_SITE\JFP_HOME_PAGE_10062008_1.PDFCopied file from C:\JFRENCH\WEB_SITE\JFP_HOME_PAGE_10062008_2.PDF to G:\JFRENCH\WEB_SITE\JFP_HOME_PAGE_10062008_2.PDFCan I change a setting so that I only see the copies files listed in a Log?

I 'm using Smart Backup v3.0.0.272.I suddenly noticed that some files on my computer have not been backed up. When I start the backup, the message appears: "Cannot export...Application Data\Jam Software\_regdll\Backup.TMP:Error writing the file. There may be a disk or file system error "Please advise what is the problem, should I purchase the latest version?

I recently did a back of my files drive. I am now wanting to access some of those files on a different computer. I tried winzip but it won 't open the zipped files. How can I unzip to get to the files I want?

Is SmartBackup supported on 64 bit operating systems (chiefly XP)?

Can the dvd burn speed be altered in Smartbackup? My DVD-RW burner runs at 8X but I have 2X DVD-RW media (8X does not seem to be available). This causes problems since the DVD will not usually burn more than once

I am trying the demo, unregistered, version of SmartBackup3.If I pay for the full featured version - will it let me backup to DVD 's (note: plural). In other words, if I gather 12 Gig for the backup, will it put as much as it can on one DVD, then on the next, then on the next, until all are backed up, and - does it, or does it have the option, to NOT split the files - just waste the space at the end of the disk?

What are symbolic links (Mount points, Reparse points)?

I have just installed the SmartBackup 3.3 update but lost all my backup jobs! I have searched for *.sbf files but can 't find any.

After back on DVD with SmartBackup I tried to duplicate DVD. Duplicator indicated that DVD has errors. CDCheck showed multiple CRC check errors.Is there any way to verify files during back-up process to make sure that backup disk can be used reliably.
