I am receiving error #5 in my log.

error #5 means "Access Denied". You seemnot to have privileges to access either the source file or there are privilegesmissing in the destination folder.

We are an IT company and would like to use your software as a back up solution for our clients.v We would like to evaluate your software. Is there a chance we could get a trail license FULLY operational in order to test.

The trial version available on our website (http://www.jam-software.com/smartbackup/download.shtml) is fully functional with all features. It is only limited in the time of usage (30 days).

I have a licensed copy of SmartBackup and I have set it up to Auto Refresh once a day. The problem is that it does not refresh until I login.It is running on a server so the plan is to NOT have to login every day, yet still have SB refresh the backup every day.

SmartBackupis no server software. It does not run as service. SmartBackup is started onuser login. If that user set it up to start on login.So the scheduled backup jobs of SmartBackup doonly perform when the corresponding user is logged in.
