Question / Problem

We had a user who used treesize pro on a daily basis who has now left, we need to transfer his licence to another user/machine (un-install, re-install) but we wish to keep the history and continue to add to it maintain our trend analysis, can his history be copied to or imported into the fresh install

Answer / Solution

The values for the "History" tab are stored in an XML file named "scanhistory.xml" in your application data directory ("C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\JAM Software\TreeSize Professional\").
Please copy this file to your new machine to keep your "History" values.
