Question / Problem
I would like to know how within TreeSize you can work out what data was copied to another logical drive and when. For example D: drive has suddenly grown by 5GB, how do you determine what 5GB has been copied and when.
Answer / Solution
This kind of task is moresuitable to our hard disk manager SpaceObServer.By archiving the collecteddirectory information in a database, SpaceObServer enables your to get instantinformation about directory sizes, growth of allocated disc space (for each subdirectory) and to define filters (E.g.: Files create within the last X days)that can be applied immediately on the shown directory brunch. What you could do inTreeSize is to take a look at the "Age of Files" graphics (look forfiles create within the last few days), or compare the current scan with aformer stored XML report ("File > Compare With XML Report").
