The different Menu sections give you all of the control you will need for bulk email or one to one email:
- The Sender page allows you to specify the sender and his/her SMTP account. You may also select between
'plain text mail' and 'html mail'.
- The Recipients Menu allows you to specify the recipients list.
- The SmartSerialMail Import Wizard allows you to import from CSV, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and nearly
all kinds of databases. Just follow the easy step by step instructions.
- This list will show all duplicates found in the current recipient list. It provides the possibility to set the status of
duplicates as blocked or to remove them from the list. By default all entries are selected except one of each occurrence.
- The Content Menu allows you to edit the mail subject and body.
- Preview your customized mails.
- Sending shows you the current progress status.
