A powerful set of rules can be put into place, which range from spam filters to actions written for specific mails and accounts. SmartPOP2Exchange works with Microsoft Exchange and any other standard SMTP mail server. As an application for Exchange 2003 POP collection and more, it's full of power and flexible configuration methods, and it's also easy to use. SpamAssassin works as a powerful spam filter, the options are basically unlimited. RSS feeds can be downloaded and emailed. As a POP3 Exchange server, you can't find a more effective application for your emailing and security needs.

Additional features for Exchange 2003 POP collection and more:
  • SmartPOP2Exchange V6 works with any SMTP server. As it uses the SMTP protocol to send/deliver the mails to the Server it just has to be able to communicate to port 25 of the SMTP server.
  • SmartPOP2Exchange V6 can be installed on any PC in your network. As it uses the SMTP protocol to send/deliver the mails to the Exchange/SMTP Server it just has to be able to communicate to port 25 of SMTP / Exchange Server.
  • An average server with spam and virus checking enabled you can achieve 10000 Mails per day. With spam and virus checking disabled a normal value is 100000 Mails.
  • To change the threshold of the spam filter, you only have to open the "spam" rule in you account form. Choose "Message declared as spam..." from 5. rule description and enter the new value for the threshold.
  • Your settings are kept when upgrading to a new version. It doesn't matter if you do an upgrade to a newer version, to a bigger version (from 10 POP3/IMAP accounts to unlimited) or if you had previous the trail version you settings will be used by the new installation.
