If you are looking for an Exchange POP connector, SmartPop2Exchange provides the solutions. SmartPOP2Exchange can connect your existing IMAP and POP3 accounts to an SMTP or Exchange mail server. It comes with powerful configuration tools which are simple to use, and it runs in the background so that no front-end procedures need to occur. Even RSS feeds can be downloaded and delivered as mail. Power and flexibility are revered, and with SmartPOP2Exchange you get all you will ever need. As an MS Exchange POP connector, accounts can be connected in no time at all to Exchange mail servers and SMTP.
Some of the features include:
  • Spam filter SpamAssassin included and ready to use, with Bayesian filter and the option to learn spam and ham mails automatically or manually
  • Integrated blacklist and whitelist (for email addresses and words)
  • Support for catchall accounts that contain emails for multiple addresses. These emails are automatically divided and forwarded to the appropriate persons.
  • Most installed virus scanners are integrated to identify infected mails
  • A powerful set of rules allows additional actions to be performed for certain mails
  • A backup feature, that can save every incoming email to a specified folder on the hard disk
  • A scheduler allows to define on which days and hours mails should be forwarded
  • A log file logs all events, the log level is adjustable
  • IMAP: mails can now be left on server. - Downloaded mails can be also be marked as read on the server
  • IMAP: It is also possible to download only mails which are not marked as read
  • Now there is the option to replicate a mail for each recipient of your domain if the server does not keep one mail for each recipient of the catch-all account.


With SmartPOP2Exchange, you also get these new features:
  • It is now possible to create global rules which will be applied to all accounts, and accounts can be excluded from the global rules
  • IMAP accounts are now supported
  • SSL for IMAP is also supported
  • The new SpamAssassin 3.1.0 is integrated which detects spam much more reliably and uses less RAM.
  • The spam filter can be configured to specify allowed character sets and languages.
  • The spam report in the header of mails when using the spam filter can now be set to a detailed mode.
