SmartPOP2Exchange V6 consists of a configuration application and a system service. The system service is started automatically
when Windows is started and does the actual processing of the emails. The configuration applications is for monitoring and
setup purposes only.

SmartPOP2Exchange V6 has a very detailed log file and it only deletes mails from the POP3/IMAP after it has been successfully
delivered to the SMTP server. If any problem occurs, it simply leaves the mail from the POP3/IMAP server until it has been
delivered successfully.

You can accelerate the log file by reducing the number of days an entry stays in log file.

You can use one POP3/IMAP account for multiple users. This setup is known as a "catch-all" account. Check the option "Redirect
messages...." on the POP3 / IMAP account setup form to automatically forward the emails to the appropriate accounts. You
also can create rules for every SMTP user to declare which emails should be forwarded to which address.
