Parameters	Description
Sender	The control which sends this notification event.
KeyState	Indicates whether the Shift, Alt, or Ctrl keys are cpressed during the drag&drop operation.
MousePos	The mouse position at which the current drag&drop operation occurred.
JamDropEffect	The drop effect that should be executed for this drag&drop operation.
