The Tools menu provides control over program status, configuration and settings.

Start	Starts phone call monitoring
Stop	Stops phone call monitoring, but does not exit the program.
External Tools	Opens the External Tools for configuration and connection management.
Settings	Opens the Settings dialog.
Log	Opens the Log window
