Please execute SmartCallMonitor-Setup.exe by double-clicking the icon and follow the instructions of the installation program. On the first start-up of the program after installation, you will be notified, by message, of a successful installation.

SmartCallMonitor requires Windows 2000 / Windows XP / Windows Vista / Windows 7 with .Net 3.5 framework installed, as well as a TAPI interface, as provided by ISDN phone systems or by a Windows server running a phone service.

SmartCallMonitor' depends on the installed version of MS Office with MS Outlook for use of all of its functions. If you don't have a MS Office installation available, these Outlook-depending functions will not be available: adding Outlook Contact Items, defining new Outlook Tasks and the Outlook look-up.

However, the basic functions of SmartCallMonitor (call notification, call logging and caller identification by reverse search in online phone books) are available, even without Outlook.

SmartCallMonitor can be uninstalled using the Windows system control panel.
