Navigation:  Main window > Command bar > Open Outlook Contact

Opens a new Outlook window containing all information already gathered about the selected caller. This way, you can make SmartCallMonitordisplay all already existing information about a caller belonging to a current Journal entry (i.e. a call, that was logged in the current SmartCallMonitor session). The command bar, as well as the context menu, provide this command for every current entry.
