Send Mail

Profile Menu

on the left side of SmartSerialMail you can find the content menu. In this menu all created mails are listed. To change the mail just click on the entry in the list.

Sending Profile and Status

Profile

choose the profile to use out of drop down list

List

choose the recipient list you want to send to out of the drop down list

Mail

choose the mail to send out of the drop down list

Status

status shows you how many of the recipients are in the list and which status this recipients have.

Options

Send Now

by selecting the 'Send Now' option the mail will be sent out directly after pressing the send button

Send Scheduled at

by selecting the 'Send Scheduled at' option the mail will be sent out on a specific date and time; you can setup in the fields below the option

Send by

the send by option defines the way the mail is sent out

Blacklists

In the Blacklist window you can check which of your Blacklists are used for sending.

This is just informational note. To change the Blacklists you have to go back to step ' 2. recipients' and mark or uncheck a list as Blacklist
