To import or export the current recipient list the 'Home' toolbar provides the needed functionality.
To open the import wizard you can click on the Import button.
To import recipients from CSV, Excel or Outlook you can use the provided buttons. This is the same for exporting CSV or HTML.
For all One-Click Imports the recent imports can be repeated without running the wizard.
The available One-Click Imports are:
| • | CSV File |
| • | Microsoft Excel |
| • | Microsoft Outlook |
The last five successful imports are saved in a list.
This makes an update of your recipient lists much easier and faster. Your list is up to date by one click.
