The 'Content Tools' toolbar provides operations to simplify handling content.
The operations to clean up the mail can remove formatting, styles and unknown tags.
In the Convert Content operations you can switch from automatically generating Plain Text to manual mode. There you can generate Plain from HTML and HTML from Plain.
The functionality to import and export the mail content is provided in the Import Export group.
In the Mail Options you can choose your mail type (HTML or Plain Text).

Change Image Base Path |
changes base path of all images. You can use this function, if you have moved already inserted images into another folder. |

copies all images from your e-mail into a new folder. The base path changes, too. |

Auto Generate Plain from HTML |
automatically generates the Plain Text from HTML content of the mail. This option is standard. |

Generate Plain from HTML |
generates the Plain Text part out of the HTML part |

Generate HTML from Plain |

defines mail as Plain Text mail. This means there is no HTML part. |
