| Q: | How can I specify the columns that should be included in the printed report or export? |
| A: | Under Tools > Options > Columns/Export you may choose the included columns. Select the export type in the dropdown box on top of the window. You will find many other useful export options there, like 'Export Full Branch' or 'Include Header in Export'. |

| A: | You can use the OLE Automation interface to automatically generate exports. See the "ExportListOfFilesDemo.vbs" in the subdirectory "Demos" of your SpaceObServer installation folder. |
| Q: | All prints on my Brother laser-printer appear mirror-inverted. How can this be corrected? |
| A: | Please open your "Control Panel" and select "Printers". Now right click on your Brother printer and select "Properties". In the Properties dialog click on "Advanced". Here you will find a selection for the print processor (modprint, brprint, winprint). Please choose "winprint" and try to print again. |
