Select Directory

Shows a dialog which lets you choose a folder for scanning and stores the result of the scan in the connected database.

Scan Directory Now

Starts a scan for the selected directory.
Note:        The duration of a scan depends on the number of files and sub folders in the directory. You should scan huge directories overnight by scheduling the scan within the Configure Scans Dialog.

Delete Directory from Database

Removes all scan details of the selected directory from the database.
Note:        No directory will be removed from the hard disk in this way, but all information about the scanned directory, stored in the database, will be lost.  

Configure Scans

Opens the Configure Scans Dialog.
