Toolbars

Directly beneath the menu bar you'll find three toolbars showing icons for fast access to frequently used functions. Every single toolbar may be turned on or off in the context menu (right-click on the toolbar).

Toolbar "Scan"

The first toolbar "Scan" includes icons for the viewing of collected data.

symbol1_folder_select

Lets you select a folder for scanning.

symbol1_folder_reload

Reloads the selected folder from the database.

symbol1_folder_remove

Removes this folder from the File System Tree.

symbol1_parent_folder

Moves to a folder higher up in the tree.

symbol1_print

Prints a report for the active folder.

symbol1_windows_software

Opens the "Software" dialog from the Windows System Control.

symbol1_options

Changes settings for viewing and folder scan.

symbol1_file_search

Opens the window for file search (see File Search).

symbol1_search_deactivate

Deactivates all currently activated search filters.

symbol1_show_checkboxes

Shows check boxes in the Details view and the File System Tree.

Toolbar "Data"

symbolleiste_Data

The second toolbar "Data" includes icons for the viewing of collected data.

symbol2_size

Shows folder size.

symbol2_allocated

Shows how much disk space a folder allocates.

symbol2_percent

Shows the percent of the super-ordinate folder each folder takes.

symbol2_files

Shows the number of files in a folder.

symbol2_sort_az

Sorts elements alphabetically.

symbol2_sort_size

Sorts elements according to their size.

symbol2_kb

Shows values in Kilobyte.

symbol2_mb

Shows values in Megabyte.

symbol2_gb

Shows values in Gigabyte.

symbol2_tb

Shows values in Terabyte.

symbol2_autounit

Uses an adequate unit of measurement according to the size of the elements

Toolbar "Overview"

symbolleiste_overview_en

The third toolbar "Overview" shows you some information about the active drive and the selected History interval.
In case there is a search filter activated, the filter options are also shown here.
