"I simply wanted to express my appreciation for Tree Size Professional. I'm a SysAdmin from Seattle, and I have a number of tools that cost thousands of dollars that have been far less useful to me than Tree Size. Most recently, I've been having huge problems with a piece of software that is responsible for archiving and retrieving old files on other volumes. This software is published by a major player in the IT storage arena, and costs thousands of dollars. It has failed to work properly and has been unable to retrieve hundreds of thousands of files that it was responsible for archiving, and leaving my customer unable to access these files. Using Tree Size Professional, a $50 program, and a Windows port of the Unix "touch" utility (free), I have been able to retrieve almost all of the 210,000 files that the thousands of dollars software was unable to do.
