Question / Problem

I am getting an "access denied " error message when I try to scan network volumes. I did not get this message while testing the demo, but now I get them with the purchased version.

Answer / Solution

Are you perhaps using a different user account for running the SpaceObServer system service? Does the used account has access rights on this network drive? The account "System" for example does not have access to network drives.
