Question / Problem

Although I’ve bought the full version of SpaceObserver, the window title of SpaceObserver still reads "unregistered". What can I do?

Answer / Solution

There are three potentialcauses, why the window title still reads "unregistered": You haven’t downloaded the full version from the address you were given. You have inadvertently installed the trial version again. (Have you been asked to provide a password?). Trial version AND full version exist on your disk in to separate directories, but it’s always the trial version that is started.
