Question / Problem

We are an organisation with 1 server and 12 client computers. I am the only IT person. Do I need a single user license or mulitple licenses?

Answer / Solution

According to our license agreement you need at least one license for each client, on which our software is available for execution, including Terminal Server clients and Remote Desktop clients. For personal use, you may install one license on up to 3 machines and use it non-simultaneously.

You do not need additional licenses to scan remote machines over the network. The Professional edition can be installed on a USB stick and so used on other computers without installation.

In case you install our software on a machine on which multiple users may use it simultaneously (e.g. a Terminal Server or a VM), you will need one license for each user that is allowed to run our software.

You can find the full license information on our website.
