Troubleshooting

The Troubleshooting document provides the user in cases of displayed error messages and warnings occurred during the installation and usage of the SpaceObServer Web Access.

You can find here some known displayed errors and warnings. If any error matches you can try to solve the problem manually by the described steps.

Known errors:

Browser Error: This Page can´t be displayed (occured on Windows Server 2012 RC)

The maximum limit of n users has been reached.

An error occured while connection to the database.

A problem occured while loading the file GlobalOptions.config

The setup requires DISM

Certificate Error

An error occured while connection to SpaceObServer.

Browser shows blank site
