How can I find an end customer's licenses?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your password and login name.
Please follow the link "End Customers" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area".
Here you'll find a complete list of your end customers. Please click on the disc symbol in the column "Edit".
Here you can see a list of all licenses for the selected end customer.
Where do I find the data of my end customers?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your password and login name.Please follow the link "End Customers" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area".
Here you'll find a list that shows all your end customers. Please click on the pencil symbol in the column "Edit" in order to see the complete data or to edit the respective end customer.
How do I activate my software?
Not at all. We do not use activation codes for our software.
If you bought a software license, you will be able to download the full version in our "Customers Area".
Therefore you will have to log in using the login data we sent you after finishing the order process.
Then you may install it in the same directory you installed the trial version before, the software will then adopt all
settings of the trial version.
If you decided to receive the software on CD, you will also be able to install the software from CD.
Why is my installation key invalid?
Your installation key is marked invalid because we deactivated the key to avoid misusage.Please do not hesitate to contact us for requesting a new valid installation key.
Where can I find my installation key?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login name and password.
Please follow the link "Downloads / Updates" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area".
You will find the installation key which is needed during the installation process in the respective part for the registered software.
The installation key for the software is different from your password for our customer's area.
Where can I download my software?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login name and password.
Please follow the link "Downloads / Updates" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area".
There you can download your software immediately after finishing your order.
How can I order the software on CD?
Close to the end of the ordering process
after entering your personal data you may specify to receive a copy of
the software on CD in addition to the download option in our customer's area.
This will cause further costs for shipping. You'll find the exact amount of shipping costs in our price list. After the purchasing process you may download your software directly.
Which methods of payment are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card ( VISA,
Mastercard and AmericanExpress ), PayPal or wire transfer. You may also
order on account and then pay the amount using one of the other
accepted payment methods later.
How can I order an update / renewal of maintenance?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login
name and password. Please follow the link "Downloads / Updates" in the left
hand menu named "Customers Area". Here you will find all your licenses and you will have the the possibility to buy an update / renewal of maintenance if available.
Will the software expire 12 months after the purchase / What means maintenance?
You are allowed to use the software as long as you want to.
Within the selected maintenance period you will get free updates and support, regardless of the released version.
We will inform you about new versions of your registered software by email using the email addresses stored in your account.
Please note that the support includes the online
availability of downloads and installation keys, too. If your maintenance period is expired you will be able to purchase a renewal of maintenance for a reduced price.
How can I find my orders?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login name and password.
Please follow the link "Your orders" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area". Here you will find a list of your orders. You can see the status of each order and may print your invoice or the completed fax form for an order (This option is available only if your fax order is not yet in process).
How can I print my invoice?
Log in to the "Customers Area", using your login name and password.
Please follow the link "Your Orders" in the left hand menu named "Customers Area".
Here you'll find a list of your orders. Click on the invoice number in the column of the same name to print it out.
