Different installation modes (single, master, client and AD client installation) are easily switchable and allow configuration from a single machine.
The Exchange Server Toolbox is installed and configured on the mail server (MS Exchange or hMail).
Again, the Exchange Server Toolbox is installed on the mail server. The configuration is automatically transferred from here to registered client installations. The archiving is done centrally on this installation.
The Exchange Server Toolbox is not configured locally, but receives the configuration automatically from the master installation.
This installation is particularly suitable for multiple Microsoft Exchange Transport with Shadow Redundany.
AD client installation
The Exchange Server Toolbox is configured locally, but receives the Active Directory information used for licensing from the master installation. This installation mode is well suited for installations in a DMZ.
